Delivery takes 5-7 working days depending your region. We love being on point with this part of the business. Delivery is calculated when you check out. All deliveries gets delivered to your preferred address of choice.

All exchanges should be done WITHIN 3 days after parcel has been delivered, then you qualify for a full refund. After 3 days CREDIT NOTES ONLY. All tags should still be attached, credit/return will only take place once the "returned items" have reached our head office and all is in order with the return inspection.

Courier back to our head office can either be deducted off your refund/credit and we collect parcel, or you can choose your preferred partner of choice to courier back to our head office.
