If product is returned(back in the position of CAG) within 7 days as of purchased date, you can request a refund or exchange.
After the 7 days as of purchase date you may exchange but no refund will be allocated. Exchanges are only allowed within 14days of purchase.
Client will be charged for the courier to collect parcel and for ne item to be shipped to them, or you may send the parcel back to Champagne And Glitter's head office by your own preferred courier company.
If any signs can been noticed by our exchange team, that the item has been worn or damaged you can be denied a refund/exchange.
